Today's recipe is from With a Grateful Prayer and a Thankful Heart, for cream cheese pound cake.
This was a LOT of batter; I made some of these mini bundt cakes, and cooked the rest off in a loaf pan.
I don't know. Maybe it would be better with the glaze. Maybe it would be better with strawberries. But I'm not overjoyed with this recipe. It's just OK. And with all the recipes out there to try, I doubt I'll come back to this one. So I'm going to give it a NO, THANKS - but I love her blog! :)
